[HCARC] Antenna Rotator

Is there a consensus on the "Best Buy" in antenna rotators that should be able to turn a "normal" sized tri-band beam??  I realize that Consensus, Best Buy, and Normal are very subjective terms.  Maybe I should ask is what Tri-band antenna would you couple with what rotator if you had up to around $1,000 to spend.  I don't (yet - it's another saving project) have it to spend, but it is worth knowing what I might be saving to get.  If you could go and buy a set of these what would you buy that someone would comment "SWEET".  As important - what would you stay away from??

The Gap Voyager seems to be one of those "consensus" and "SWEET" antennas that around here is a proven performer.  I guess the above is asking what beam and rotator fit the "Gap Voyager mode of Consensus"??
