We'll need two at the RC.
Has it really been two years since we did this the first time?
Will have to get reacquainted with the forms again.
What they need is an APP for smart phones.
The front office was so slow in processing the forms we received they didn't
have the report done before the exercise was supposed to be over.
We sent them on anyway.
Question : are we going to be dealing with San Antonio or Austin now?

The Hill Country Chapter of the American Red Cross is conducting a Disaster
Assessment Exercise on March 02. There will be four to five assessment
teams which will require one HAM operator per team plus one operator at the
Red Cross building. We will initially meet at the Red Cross building at
08:15. From there the teams will go to the Windmill Ridge Community. The
exercise should be completed prior to 02:00 pm. My HT works with the
Repeater from this location, but I will set up my cross-band repeater if
needed. We will be walking the neighborhood - not driving (simulating
impassible streets). If you do not have an HT but do have a vehicle mounted
unit we will work around that. Current plan is to have the Red Cross
Emergency Response Vehicle at the site to provide refreshments. Rest rooms
are available at the community club house.
Please let me know if you can help the Red Cross with this exercise.
