[HCARC] Rainfall

My rainfall reading was 2.36" today.  The record max. in CoCoRahs from
3/20/'12 was 3.36".  The water was starting to come up on the front porch
tile that time.  Of course the ground was much wetter that time.
I would have to go back into annual spreadsheet records to get older records
since I've been here.  There's nothing like the 6.5" we got in Clear Lake
City one time.
I see that the overflow notch is about .01" above the 1.00" mark, so I add
that amount.

At 0515 the rain gauge here showed 1.95" since yesterday. That is the
largest rainfall we've had since I've been reporting to CoCoRaHs in May
2012.
