[HCARC] Free Tower Sections

To All-

  With the help of my brother-in-law Glyn, KL0PG, I just finished taking down my 5 element 15 meter mono band beam and tower.

  The tower sections are available for anyone who wants to haul them off either to utilize for a ham project or salvage as scrap iron.  The total weight is estimated between 350 and 400 lbs.   If someone wants to salvage for scrap, I have another 50 to 100 lbs. of scrap iron available.

  I salvaged the tower sections from a heavy duty self supporting crank up tower that came down in a storm.  I cut out the bent portions, re-assembled the good pieces and guyed the tower.  Here are the good pieces:

1.  Base Section – 18” on a side – 10 ft. long
2.  Mid Section – 15” on a side – 14 ft. long
3.  Top Section – 12 1/2 “ on a side – 13 ft. long
