[HCARC] Confirmed Rhode Island on LoTW

To All-

  I just checked LoTW and found we now have Rhode Island confirmed resulting from a RTTY contest on 2/12/2012.  In addition, we have 41 DX countries confirmed.

  Thanks to all for your help in operating the club station.
