Please listen on 146.380 FM for an unmodulated carrier that has had the repeater keyed up since before noon 6/3/;2012. It seems to be north of me here on the south side of Kerrville. It is not downtown. Drove around there and don't hear it except from the high end of Vicksburg Village. K5HV
