I copied this heading from a previous announcement.  It should read July
21st.

comingSaturday January 21st - 1800Z (1 pm Local) at the Club Station

To All-

For those who may be interested in learning about and operating the Club
Station you may want to join me at the Red Cross Building during the
NAQP-RTTY Contest this coming weekend. This is a great contest in which to
participate because the power for contestants is limited to 100 watts so it
should be a pretty level playing field from a power standpoint. In addition,

it's primarily for North American stations so there should be a good level
of participation. With the Club vertical dipole antenna we can run 20, 15
and 10 meters in the contest.

The Director at the Red Cross verified there are no classes scheduled for
Saturday so there should be no problem utilizing the Club Station.

If anyone in the Club is interested, join me this coming Saturday about
12:30 pm at the Red Cross Building.  This is intended to be a low stress
learning opportunity so all are invited to simply attend or participate.
It's
a good opportunity for any club members who haven't operated either HF or
digital mode to see what it's about.

Anyone coming later than 12:45 pm will need to call my cell phone,
281-844-8897, to gain entry since the front door will be locked.
