I really agree with Bill. PVRC does it right. But then consider how long
they've been doing it, and how many members are in the club. And many of
their members are big time contesters and DXers, including W3LPL Frank
Donovan (he is seen operating in a few of the pictures), who over time has
built one of the truly super stations in the world.

I had the opportunity to attend one of their club meetings a few years ago
which just happened to be their Field Day kickoff meeting. Their planning
documentation was volumes!

It's a great goal for HCARC!

I also agree with AC4CA. Pizza looked GREAT!!!!

Yes, PVRC seldom does things half way.

But, think how much better off we were, with a real roof over our heads.

If the storm that hit the DC area a few days ago had happened during Field 
Day weekend instead of last Friday/Saturday, imagine the desitation!!!

But, if I was still in that area, I'm sure I would have been one of those 
out there wearing a W3AO shirt.
