[HCARC] FCC Report to Congress

The FCC had been directed to prepare a report to Congress regarding the uses of Amateur Radio. That report was presented earlier this week and the following is a link to the entire report. It's in governmentese so you might want to use it some night when the bands are lousy and you're having trouble sleeping
