This antenna was published in August 2004 "World Radio".
Many have been built, especially by those who go camping and those with  
limited space. One ham in south Bexar county has been using it since 2004 as 
his  main antenna in a mobile home park. I have a picture from an English ham 
who  used it on a DXpedition to activate an island there.
