OK, you're happy now.  It should work just fine and that is approximately 
what I'm using myself.  I want to be sure you understand that it is not an 
NVIS antenna.  It is primarily for longer distances.

Yes, I also know you want the short answer.  I think you need to be exposed 
to what makes the short answer.  Every short answer includes numerous 
assumptions.  Unless you know the assumptions, you can get into real trouble 
with the short answers.Too many times someone takes a short answer and tries 
to extend it to another situation without realizing they have just violated 
several assumptions that the short answer was based on.
