As part of our discussion the other evening regarding the FCC
inquiry regarding the effect of HOA and CC&R rules on emergency
communication capabililties, I forgot to mention an interesting fact.
 
The link at the top of the page will take you to the FCC Information  page
that discusses the protection given to receiving antennas for  different
video services that include DirecTV, Dish Network  and (over-the-air)
OTA.
 
The interesting fact, that I forgot to mention, is that these FCC rules 
apply not only to owners of properties but also to renters and  leasers!
