[HCARC] K5HR Key-ups with Packet Burst

Who else is being driven nuts by the station that's keying up K5HR every
fifteen minutes or so with a packet burst? It's almost like somebody is
monitoring a packet frequency and the speaker output from the RX is keying
up our machine. Or has somebody added some feature to K5HR that hasn't been
shared with the public? I'm trying to understand, if the aforementioned
isn't what's happening, why a signal on146.36 would transmit intermittent
packet bursts. de John/AC4CA
