To All-

I’d like to introduce you to the Pacific Maritime Mobile Service Net that runs from 21:00 to 24:00 UTC every day of the week on 21.412 Mhz. I believe Roger, W1VDE, has been running the net for 32 years now. It’s very interesting and open to all participants. I understand the net’s purpose is to help those vessels 65 feet and under in length during emergency conditions or simply to pass traffic. Because propagation coverage is so varied on 15 meters, land based stations are invited to join the net. Each check in is invited to call QRZ for additional check ins and pass the honor down the line as stations check in.

Since Roger has huge Rhombic antennas and can hear practically everyone, there’s no fear of messing up anything.

Please feel welcome to join the group no matter your station makeup. Roger or someone will hear you.
