[HCARC] Antenna setup

Does anybody have experience with running a multi-band vertical such a Cush-Craft R7 on top of a tower?  Will it work without major retuning on 20M thru 10M?  
I was thinking this could give us much more HF capability at the Club station.
Mechanically it shouldn't be too hard to mount on the top plate after the thrust bearing is removed by installing a pipe flange and pipe nipple.
