[HCARC] Wireless Network

I was messing around with my computer wireless network today and found another network!  The name is "Morris Ranch B" and it is on channel 3 in IEEE 802.11 B/G/N.  Any one know where this network is located?  I'm in harper and I'm just using a 3 inch tall rod for my wireless.  If it is in Morris Ranch, it is over 15 miles from my QTH in Harper.  I find that to be incredible in the truest sense of the word.

I'd appreciate any thoughts.  Needless to say I've never seen another network out here nor did I expect to see one.  And, no, I didn't try to connect, but it doesn't seem to have any security implemented.
