To All-
I decided to get some CW/ N1MM contest logging practice in this weekend by
participating in the CQ WW WPX Contest. Most of the time I was on frequency
calling CQ trying to capture and type in calls. It's one thing to scan the
frequencies, listen to QSOs to get the station's call sign correct and
understand the sequence of numbers they're sending then give a call with
confidence. It's quite something else to be on frequency and pick out a
call from mulitiple stations calling along with QRP, mobile and other weak
signal stations.
Operated 12 hours in the contest. Tried time on four of the bands but 20
meters with the new wire beam antenna was most productive. Had between 400
and 500 watts output on 20. Hope to get the power output up once I rebuild
additional portions of the Clipperton-L amplifier.

Gale-
FB on your attempt. Sounds like you're doing ok.
We have company for the holiday, so I didn't get on.
