[HBR] Printed coil form

I'm running kind of slow, so these take about an hour each.  If I do decide
to switch to octal bases, I want to find some ceramic and then have a
different color for each band.  These are in PLA, though I want to move to
ABS for coil forms.  ABS has a higher dielectric constant along with the
advantages of being more receptive to adhesives and having a higher melt
temperature.  Also, before the switch, I need to master the 'pocket'
function in FreeCAD to put some holes in the cylinder.  After reading some
about the original coil forms, I beefed up the walls to 3 mm thick.
