[HBR] 3-section air variable

The problem with the Fair Radio capacitor is that its sections are not
equal value. That could cause tracking problems when aligning two RF
sections and making them track an oscillator.

My original goal was to find two pieces of brass tubing that had a close
fit, coat the smaller one with insulating tape, and rig up a mechanism that
allows for smooth travel. Then I'd make enough to have a decent tuning
capacitor.

It's also very possible to use a permeability tuned oscillator. This tuning
capacitor would have been easy to mail order in the 60s but not sixty years
later.

I'll find a way to make it work, one way or another. I have also thought
about making a 40/80 superhet and using a receiving converter to bring in
the higher bands. That would also prevent me from having to make so many
plug in coils.
