[HBR] Changing the scale on a Weston 301 panel meter

Hey Chris
   There’s a gent on the Glowbugs group that told me
who to send the meters too, but I cannot find the info.
I wonder if anyone else remembers who or where???
If you are not a member there, I can ask for you.  I do
know many people saw his post, maybe just not many
interested in modifying their meter faces : )  IF I ever
get the HBR 13C done, I plan on changing my meter
faces.
