[HBR] HBR CD

During the recent discussion of the Deluxe HBR and HBT 200, I went to my bookshelves to see if I had the required edition.  Then I remembered a site where I had seen it available as a pdf.  Finally found it with some searching.

The Radio Handbook 17th Edition is available as a high quality pdf scan.

In fact there is a wealth of information available in the form of other books scanned.
