[HBR] one of the handbooks is on line

I've added the requested HBT-200 pages to Deluxe HBR folder for everyone as well.  They are scanned at 600 dpi, so you can print them out to a full 8 1/2 x 11 sheet, which is larger then the original book, but it still reads well.    The pictures aren't to bad either, 600 dpi is higher resolution than the original printing in the book.
Please let me know if anyone has trouble downloading the pages.
