[HBR] Revised Low-carb links

Hello Phil,
That's LOW-CARB, as in low carbohydrate diet. Some months ago I posted an
"off-topic" (OT) offer to send anyone on HBR my collection of links to
low-carb diet information. It turns out that one of the links got mixed up
with the link to my ebay purchase. So, I'm offering to send the revised
copy to anyone interested.
I'm in excellent health at age 75 thanks to the low-carb diet, and
promoting it is my other hobby, besides ham radio.
