Hi Brian,
I have an 80/75 meter transceiver made by Dentron that uses a pair of
those reduction drives in series for 36:1 reduction - 18 turns from end
to end of the tuning range. The first 6:1 unit will multiply any
backlash in the second unit by 6 times and add it's own backlash to
that. There is *NO* backlash in the radio I have. You should be happy
with them. I also did not know they were available and I have bookmarked
that web page. Thanks for sharing it.
