[HBR] HBR Chassis Kit

The Heeger Omni kit construction looks very similar to the "Byers" kits 
that I have used  in other projects but now are not available due to 
Fred's passing.  One nice touch  with the Heeger kit is the holes are 
all ready drilled for top and bottom covers.  As you stated the  .040 
aluminum may need some help.
