[HBR] 40m osc coil

AFTER I wound my coils and AFTER I got things adjusted, I set the coils atop 
a cardboard box, with hole cut, so as to allow the pins to stick in, and 
sprayed them all with a LIGHT coat of clear lacquer - see, that slightly 
melted the surface of the plastic National forms, and "captured" the wire in 
the surface melt - the wiring has NEVER moved, and as an accidental bonus, 
found that the radio's minimal drift, was now essentially ZERO after warmup.

Purists will no doubt sling their wrath at me, but back in 1964, it 
WORKED... and still does.
