I know off topic, but while trying to
dig out my parts horde, I bought an HW 101
and it needed a little work, so a friend of mine
is just about done looking into it for me.  I looked 
and looked and looked for a PS for it.  Needed a 
PS 23b or something similar, and now have one, 
so that one is coming together slow but sure.  
Right now I’m looking for a 6 mH choke, I know
I have one, but in my disarray who knows when
I’ll find it : )

I had a chassis for my 13 C bent up for me a while
back, but because I have not cut any holes in it yet,
am thinking of a modular type of chassis for ease
in seeing and getting at the parts while building…
Have the metal, just debating I guess.  Guessing 
partly because I saw a couple of home made cabinets 
that looked like a million and compared to my older 
painted one makes ya wanna think twice : )

Have most of the parts now and all for the external
ps, want a general purpose ps for other rigs too, so
designed mainly for this and the 101, but will be
adaptable in the end.  Hopefully that is : )  Been running
into road blocks with that one.  One transformer is too low 
in voltage and just right with ma., the next is higher in V 
but lower in ma…   : )  But it will come out in the wash I’m 
sure, just need to burn up a few watts in the form of heat ; )

We had a gent offer a HBR 17 a little while ago, any thing
happen with that one?  Someone buy it?  I might have been
told, but forgot : )
