I had pondered using 6SK7's as RF amp, regenerative detector, and AF amp, followed maybe by a 6V6 for speaker use.

Now that I have assembled a reasonable bit of test equipment, I'm starting with a single tube regen and building outward.

I have a RAL inspired "clone" I have been working on hat will probably not look an awful lot like a RAK but I'll keep as close to the electrical design as I can. Meanwhile I'm making a converter to use the RAK Q5er style to get HF with the RAK. I like the comments and suggestions from others so far. Keep 'em coming.
