[HBR] HBR-8 Parts FS or trade?

Hello All,

 

If you followed my thread from September--Supergainer and RAL--you will know
that I've been looking for a home-brew receiver design that I will actually
use on the air. Being something of a nut for selectivity, I've rather given
up on the possibility of getting it with a regenerative. So it looks like
the place to start is the HBR-8.

 

My main reluctance to taking on a superhet has been finding the parts. Does
anyone on the list have HBR-8 parts to sell or trade? I.F. transformers are
the main thing I'm looking for, with main tuning capacitor coming in second.

 

I enjoy the mechanical part of building ham gear, and have some ideas for
tuning dials, chassis, front panel etc.
