You have truly made my day!  Until reading your message (which I sadly
almost overlooked), this has definitely been a Monday.  A lack of sheet
aluminum has cramped my playing for some time, now.  In the '90s, the
machine shop where I worked let me have more scrap sheet than I could keep
up with on my manual brake.  The big box stores charge an arm and a leg.
After a quick poke through eBay, though, I think I'll be set for a Q-meter
housing!
