I'd send directly but my internet is out and I'm on my Verizon MiFi composing this (I had an uneasy feeling driving away from my qth to take my bride to lunch as a pre anniversary event and when we returned the Comcast van parked there earlier was gone and my internet was disconnected). :^(

Stan has a great idea reference making the data available as an ISO; it would certainly provide quicker access, though I feel we would need Kees go ahead before we go that route.
