Surplus US Navy "steaming" lockers had very nice aluminum drawers that were 
PERFECT.  Not sure if they're around anymore, but check with HVAC 
contractors - mostly they use galvanized metal, but there ARE aluminum 
duct-systems used, and they have all manner of boxes and covers for them.
