[HBR] Program to draw circuit diagrams?

  The source document for CorelDraw ARRL schematic symbols can be found 
at the ARRL site link below  for "QST Binaries" and can be found by 
looking under  the year 2001 and the month of October, the author is 
N0SS. Title "Schematic.zip"
BTW CorelDraw has a neat feature of "Interactive Connector Tool which 
automatic routes and connects a line following 90 degrees turns etc. 
between the nodes of the symbols.  Schematic.zip also contain PC Pads 
files for designing PC boards.

There are also schematic files for "Windows Paint" listed,  Look under 
October 1993 and December 2000 by W1RIL. "Schematics at your Fingertips".
