[HBR] Quick Question

Since this website was stated I have seen HBR receivers go for $50 for a so-so HBR-14 to $875 for a really nice HBR-13. Maybe someone knows of units outside this range. It all depends on overall condition, how complete the unit is, coil sets, good wiring practice, the dial used, the model, the buyer's desire, etc ....the usual stuff. I would venture to say the original units which appeared in the QST articles may even be more if they surface.

I would say most were in the $150 to $350 range for what looked like average/good construction. Additional input is welcome.

It's still amazing how nicely a good tube receiver works and how many are out there and were never parted out ....meant to be passed to the next generation. There is something special about that.

How much does an HBR command, on average? I've been trying accumulate
parts for an HBR-11, but the tightest component is (of course) time.
