[HBR] pondering an HBR

They are there, I just looked at them.  Seems to me it would be a shame 
to tear it down just for parts.  Some one put a lot of work into it and 
did a pretty darn nice job.  It will need a good cleanup but it's a lot 
better than most HB's I've seen.
