[HBR] re Russian silver plated 50 pf caps,

I have not bought from that particular seller but in the past 2 years I have bought some very nice quality gear-reduction variable capacitor drives from Russian and Lithuanian sellers. (Most of them I use, gasp!, in solid state homebrewing, but one became the main tuning cap in a homebrew tube VFO.)

It wouldn't make economic sense to ship just one and one gotcha is they all seem to ship by registered mail only, and it's a PITA for me to have to go to the post office during the day to pick up and sign for registered international mail. Other than my gripe about having to wait in line at the local post office, the capacitors were very nice and exactly as advertised at an excellent price after amortizing shipping over several units.

I think he's selling batches of 20.
So it would work out to be a bit under $5 each.
