[HBR] Another suitable Heathkit

The receiver half (MR-1) of the MR-1/MT-1 (Comanche/Cheyenne) mobile pair
is quite nice. It has a 3MHz IF, 3MHz xtal filter, real product detector
(albeit
a 6BE6).

I have brought both receivers and transmitters back to life with little
trouble.
The chassis is more closely packed than the HR-10 but I think it's a nicer
design.
There is no internal PSU; probably a feature rather than a drawback!
