[HBR] Beam deflection mixers

I have achieved decent rejection (not measured accurately, but my
recollection is at least 20dB) by using a center-tapped coil on a toroid
with a suitable (ungrounded) ceramic trimmer cap across it. Used an
untuned link to couple to the filter stage that followed.

It is necessary to balance the two sides at DC (if I recall correctly this
is done by shifting the bias on one deflector plate relative to the other)
in addition to using push-pull output. Allowing +-10V adjustment has
been enough with the various tubes that I've tried (all 6AR8 family).
