Yep. For about twice the price of a set of decent parts to build a first
rate HBR yourself, you'll get a set of parts that are mostly in condition
to build a decent HBR yourself, once you dismantle the set and clean them up
... not those coils though.
In some cases you may get a receiver that is either working or can be made
to work without too much trouble. And this set was a nicer than average
job: It looks downright good from the outside. I see that the price is
now up to $203 so it's looking like over $500 will be needed to get it to
your doorstep.
It's interesting that you rarely see a really nice HBR come along in these
public sales. They're out there -- look at the pics on Kees' web site! --
but most of those that come on the market are fairly rough construction to
begin with and don't wear their age well.

Both of the HBR projects here are going forward ... in about second gear.
Reports when mile markers are visible in the rearview mirror.
