[HBR] HBR-17 On Youtube

I sent a note to Scott, but I'd like to get some other input as well. I too 
have one of these (I think), and have not been able to locate any 
documentation. Was this "HBR Plus"  (The HBR-17) written up in QST, or...?

I'll have to get mine out ...it came with a "matching" transmitter . I 
recall that both used clear frame plastic Wester Electric meters, that I've 
never seen before. Picture the standard round bakelite meter from Simpson, 
or the like, with a clear plastic housing and you've got the idea.  An 
appropriation from work, or....? We'll never know since these were 
purchased from an Ebay estate seller who didn't know the history and didn't 
care.
