Yes Grounded  BUT
I've taken a dozen of these babies
apart, and that ground is through a
rivet into the laminates that come
off with a chisel.  I've not measured
things out after that.  My goal was to
do three of these sans HV winding
and rewound for heavy duty low
voltage for a possible home build
welder...

Think I will put one or two aside and
do some measuring,  Can't remember
if there were two lugs in the HV side ???
Should be, but will have to look at them
again.  There's got to be some good
uses for these guys : )
