It may not be an HBR but you can definitely see some "HBR influence" and that is some nice bandswitching capability he added. But that is definitely one of the prized Eddystone 898 dials.

There is an unfinished shortwave radio on eBay with an unmarked Eddystone dial. Ebay 110651022377 only a couple hours left.
