[HBR] HBR-13C parts

For what it's worth, I don't see a darn thing wrong with posting 
auctions here. The complaints seem to me to amount to (your choice of) 
"Anyone having parts has an obligation to sell them at a reduced price 
to list members" or "Anyone selling parts on eBay shouldn't tell list 
members about his auctions."

I buy stuff on eBay; if the price goes to high for me then I don't buy.
