[HBR] Voltage rating for mica padding capacitors?

All:
I have been slowly obtaining more findings on my IF transformers and
eventually, I will have to pad the 262 kcs units down with some epoxy dipped
units. I found some 200 VDC units and at first, I thought that these would
not be suitable due to their voltage ratings being lower than the +250 vdc
plate voltages found in the HBR. Then it hit me: this is the voltage rating
if the capacitor was placed ACROSS a 200 VDC source. The padding micas as
applied will be subjected to 250 volts (plus signal) on both sides of the
leads. So I take it is OK to use a 200 VDC rated mica cap across the
coils. Is this corrrect? Looking for guidance. Thanks. Cal.
