Is this article available somewhere else other than the archive of ER Magazine Online?

No offense to the HBR-14 oscillator design, but I think the definitive
article on oscillators was written by our own Walt Hutchens in the
December 1991 and January 1992 ER - "A Not Noticeably Drifty VFO". The
article is a beautifully crafted review of all the factors that affect
the stability of a VFO, and has been my reference standard on the
subject for twenty years.
