[HBR] Which HBR uses all octal tubes?

Lorne's correct.  Only the HBR-14 used all octal tubes.  When the  second, 
HBR-16, article was published, Ted Crosby went to the minature tubes for  
everything but the rectifier.  Successive HBR versions continued with the  
minature tubes.
