And that usually worked ...... On today's crowded bands the effect of closeby signals comes into play much more than it used to. That's why so much discussion on filters and Digital Signal Processing.

Not sure about IMD - never measured it.  I guess that being an old Navy 
Radioman, my measurements were A.  Can I hear it?  B.  Can I copy it?  C. 
Does it make sense?

If yes on A, B, and C... it's a good'un.
