[HBR] Receiver specs

I just think it would be great if we can get some HBR numbers with a good level of confidence relative to the other data presented. Different samples of "1" make all this quite difficult. Did you see the other list with notes like "With improvements by W1xyz", "With mods by W9xyz", etc.

The closest I can come, is by using my Marconi 2022C sig-gen It has fresh
calibration, and while I usually use microvolts instead of dBm, I think a
good ol' HBR can stand up very well, if not better. (Of course, I don't
HAVE all those receivers to do the tests upon).
