[HBR] HBR-11; lessons learned to date

The ONE good thing about OLD resistors, is that they FIT.  New resistors, 
while MUCH BETTER, are smaller and shorter - thus do not always "stretch" 
between connection points that the old component used to easilly fit 
between - matter of fact, 1w resistors these days, are the size of 1/4w 
resistors of 'yore.
