[HBR] crystal oven Schematic request

Gee... actually, the only thing I did was to MOVE the bias resistor from the 
VR tube socket, UP INTO another 9-pin socket (on standoffs), above the 
chassis using existing holes).  Then I had the crystal inside, separated 
from the resistor by a piece of "fish paper", and the whole thing stuffed 
inside the tube-sheld.  It was very crude, but did seem to work.

Exercise caution to use either FISH PAPER or treated paper which will not 
burn very well, BETWEEN the crystal and "heater" - ....AND you only want 
"warmth", but NOT hot.
